Katie Warren, Associate Director, Head of Operations
Ms. Warren brings to Chartwell a diverse background that combines global experience, research and teaching. Prior to joining the group, she gained political and research experience while holding positions at David Browne & Associates, a strategic political consulting firm, and interning with the Center for American Progress where she conducted extensive research on domestic and international economic issues. Ms. Warren graduated magna cumme laude from the American University with a degree in International Affairs, and spent a year abroad studying Arabic and International Development at the American University in Cairo. She has taught English courses to refugees in Egypt, and has worked with local Washington D.C. youth in literacy training and mentorship through the D.C. Reads program and Facilitating Leadership in Youth.
