Civic Capacity Development

Civic capacity refers to the level of community support for the district. The development of district civic capacity begins by involving major community leaders in the assessment of district goals, situational analysis, and development of the District Renewal Action Plan. The District Renewal Action Plan will contain guidance for developing and sustaining appropriate civic capacity.
